Welcome to my site. It contains a little information about our most common types of pets, mostly about my favorite types of pets, favorite dog breeds and some useful advice.

My family and I have had all kinds of pets. When dad was a child, he was given a kitten, but he didn't get to keep her for long. His dad came home and declared that kittens were unsuitable pets for boys. However, despite that, he neglected to provide dad with a puppy, in case that was more appropriate. But the kitten, Mona Lisa, lucked out. She was given to some of dad's cousins, girls who were older than him, and probably treated her far better than a little boy could have.

Mom once raised a larvae that became a butterfly. The butterfly, Isolde, was almost affectionate towards her. When my sister and I were children we had stick insects and tropical fish. Even before we were born, mom had cage birds, for instance budgerigars. In fact, her father, our grandfather, used to keep budgies too, when mom was a child.

Later we got other types of cage birds , like canariesand budgerigars, all kinds of rodents, including gerbils and hamsters, and naturally the kind of pets you'll find on this site.
